The hosted platform — what it runs for you, and how pricing works.
Sinatra is a hosted platform. We run the API, worker, Postgres, and Temporal; you connect your tools from the dashboard and assign work, or start it from your terminal. There's nothing to deploy or operate.
Every account, including existing and paid accounts, must connect a personal subscription or use a workspace API key before delegating work.
What it handles
- Connecting your Linear workspace via OAuth.
- Installing the GitHub App on your organization and selecting repositories.
- Storing your workspace LLM key (BYOK) and connecting each member's personal model subscription.
- Inviting teammates, managing roles, and setting personal repository preferences.

Pricing
Sinatra charges a flat monthly price per workspace for hosted orchestration. Sinatra never bills for model usage. That's between you and your provider. Personal connections cover the member who connects them; workspace API keys are shared with authorized members. GitHub issue triggers, optional Linear integration, the CLI, MCP server and HTTP API, and automatic responses to eligible review feedback are on every plan. Prices are in USD.

Every plan is one price for the whole workspace. Invite as many people as you like.
Assign as many tickets as you want. Your plan sets how many run at once; the rest are queued and start on their own as soon as one finishes. If the queue is full, Sinatra says so on the ticket, or in the task's conversation, instead of starting it.

On Free, each request runs for up to 60 minutes. If it needs longer, Sinatra stops, keeps the changes, and picks up when you reply.
Definitions
- Workspace: billed separately, and connected to at most one GitHub organization or personal account.
- Running: a task Sinatra is working on right now, from sandbox setup until it finishes the request.
- Queued: a task that hasn't started because the plan's tasks-at-a-time limit is reached. It starts on its own when a running task finishes.
